test water., see which one you like. When you can't tahan then take the HJ$15 or FJ $30.

Not worth to tapao and waste money on one day hotel.

Hi guys, was told that from 1st April, need to register Indonesian numbers. So if i have a SIM card number I've been using, does that mean from 1st April it cannot be used since I never register? How to register?

Cos let's say if I have to get a new number and I'll be coming in from batam centre, should I get a card from batam centre or megamall? Usually I get from those roadside vendor or alfamart, but not sure whether can register at those places.

SIM should still be able to receive call/sms and use data, but unable to call out. Will receive message that it's being blocked.

So far,my 2 Indo Sim card is fine. I read about the sim card registration before,here's the reference link i posted before :

But i hear from the girls that after done up the registration,there seems to have some issue (calling,internet and sms),so i forego the registration and to date,both my sim card still works. Worse case scenario for me, just get a new sim card.

1 sim card for internet (andromax),one of them is for my sms and calls. And i am still topping them up to date.

Thats my experience.

I believe nowday if you buy a sim card,the vendor might likely help you register. But how they can register w/o your passport is a 'mystery' to me. Some might ask you for your passport so they could help you register. So far,i have not have friends who registered yet and feedbacked to me yet,hehehe...neither have i register my own.
