I would say the price range is $100 - $150 (max) and if you like their services. Tip them at your own discretion. This will make them service you better for the tip instead of dropping a huge price bomb on fellow brothers.

Cant help you there as I have only tried 1 local TS but she does not advertise that often. Maybe other members here can assist you.
