Have not try these 2.... from outside, Atrium looks better. Did not use their wifi.

SPB paradise hotel is good and have good wifi. Price about the same and have free shuttle from hotel to the near by suttisan MRT station. Along suttisan MRT have plenty of road stalls selling food and etc.
