i want to migrate to Balai upon retirement.....invest my cpf money into one Villa hoouse, then grow it and take over other houses to form a group....then venture upstream and downstream into other fields of business like hotel, resort, condom manufacturing, pfizer agency, service apartment (for some old singaporean ah pek to simpan cewek there) and form into conglomorate...then list it in stock exchange in 10 years time...
