Last minute order from police chief today to stop selling alcohol due to the King's 1st year anniversary of his death.

Things should return to 'normal' tomorrow which for this month will be like when the King just passed , no loud public music or parties but inside closed doors , things are as normal.

Looks like October is going to be a quiet month in Thailand. 13th October is declared to be a public holiday for future years also.

News is that 25th onwards the King's cremation is taking place, so expect the entertainment venues to be shut down.

Here now, 13th was indeed extremely quiet and most places also didn't serve beer, back to normal now.

At the whats up imagine club, there are some stunners! Club is split in 2 floors, they accept cash and credit.
Beers are 185THB and spirits are 215, lady drinks are the same except for "models" whose drinks are 250. Bar fine is 1500 and i don't know if it is just me but i keep being quoted 5k for long time.
Second floor have some shows like pole dancing and aerial dancing, but that's pretty much it.
Worth to check it out for the girls but expensive to stay.
Overall, not that bad but probably the most expensive go go bar in Pattaya.

At The lighthouse a gogo on walking street now, two types of girls, those with bikinis and those with see through and crotchless one piece - that was actually great as a lot of them are good looking!
Happy hour drinks are 75 thb for a bottle of beer, happy hour is 8pm-9pm, LD is 150thb or 170.
Bar fine is 1500thb, ST is 2500, LT is 5000.
Some good looking girls here, but most are average.

At sugardady gogo now, same as above, girls are less than average but was promised that it is their day off and the beautiful ones will be back on Wednesday.
It is also 1 for one for spirits during Happy hour.
