Lets see for public places I have done it at the following locations with my one and only GF who is going to be my wife this year.

1) Ferris wheel in Taiwan where only the two of us is in the cabin. Blind spot of 5 mins or so when going up and descending.

2) ECA clubhouse in NP.

3) Labardor park.

4) In the lift up when sending her home.
