here at my place's the best rate MYR 1 to 8.73 Thai Baht only.
saw at the net Bank Negara exchange rate is about MYR 1 to Thai Baht 9.26

Malaysia Ringgit so low not worth to go anywhere. Wherever u go like DNK,HDY,BKK and HCM the food and mongering is so much expensive now. My aswell stay put in Malaysia to cheong.

no more cheap2 chicken at danok loh..so mahal one. maybe u can afford $$ but not me anymore. danok so expensive now compare to Malaysia chicken business. just a year i avoid to go danok.

i think 'normal' is in the grave already.
just came back from a week there.
from day1 till the day i departed, almost everyday got crackdown
initially led by the armies then followed by the cops from bangkok just like our very own bukit aman.
just a couple day ago someone got gunned down near shalala.

Danok is in chaos now as the law enforcement apparatus has broken down. The Mayor has been arrested together with more than 30+ of his police officers in the crackdown on human trafficking. Another 40+ police officers on the wanted list have gone into hiding...... and with new police officers sent in from other provinces and the National Deputy Police Chief himself taking over command in Songkhla....the remaining local police officers are low in morale and businesses dunno which group to pay their monthly protection "fees" to.

And those capable of doing so have formed vigilante groups to protect their own interests..... with easy access to firearms.
