Bail isn't a deposit only. The court sets conditions for her bail. She doesn't have to run road. She just need to get into trouble again before your bail is confiscated. Read from some comments over the Chinese YouTuber Post with regards to her case, someone confirmed she is/was a FL listed on those websites. Initially charged $120-150 in the past but recently already price went up to $280.

Seems like no one bailed her out yet... $280 a pop, not very worth to get yourself dirty..
