Power is given to samster when both condition are satisfied:

1. Reputation point reach 40 or more.
2. Samster contribute 10 or more posts in the open forum.

You don't need to log into your verotel account. You can go directly to the private picture forum and download the images by clicking on the attachment icons in the threads.
