Household Census List = Household Record .... The book contains the legal registration of all family members. It is issued by the police and every household or family will have 1.

This book is in Vietnamese, So you have to get it translated into English before submission. Please bring the ORIGINAL for translation, NO photocopies.

Of course is compulsory else they won't request for it.
