Sometimes the conversion rate sucks, it's cheaper to withdraw at ATM including the atm fee

Its now legal to bring up to 50k peso.

I only change 10k peso, send to the Ph account using DBS remit ...

And only if needed change s$

Those without PH account, just bring as S$ and change there for better rate.

It was mentioned before, BPI withdrawal for POSB/DBS is low fee (though it didn't work for me ... ) and May Bank / Citi withdrawal is free of surcharge.
