Yah bro, Beijing is the so-called HQ issuing the passes, whereas other provinces are only valid within regional provinces.

oh.. so the test is to be taken in BJ... actually not very sure about the location of HQ...

Bro MHS, taking test in BJ not compulsory now. Got gal ask me if shd apply cos she want 2 stay longer in SG. Agent say 2 her if take BJ test is cheaper 2 apply if not more expensive
