Ba Guan is a treatment involving the use of "suction cups". There are many ways of doing it. Some by mechanical air suction. Commonly seen is the fire type of suction in which the person use fire to heat up the cups and then place the cup over the treatment area.

When remove, the cups leave behind a red patch and they normally disappear a few days later.

Exactly, if the body is heatie, it leaves w a red patch. Sometimes not in red like bruise due to high water level in the body or vein. It sucks all the excess fm ur body and makes one feels better. For extra stiff muscle, can use running-cup method....better result, but may be painful.

just went to candy land today..

opt for 1 hr massage 35 + HJ 40

massage is good, not the super hard type though
