So thanks to the bros here for their posting. Bro SGPShanghai69 and others had suggested Shanghai Hotel HC and that is still on my list to try. However today, I was in the Pudong area, and looking at the map, realized that Mind Dian was actually pretty close and given the the time that I had, decided to try Ming Dian.

Overall this was a very good experience. Ming Dian is well run, organized and there is a lot of staff to guide and direct you through the process. The nearest HC to you is Shanghai Hotel, just around the corner right behind your hotel.
There're plenty of restaurants, pubs just outside your hotel on Hua Shan Rd, also JingAn Temple and Sogo Departmental Mall is a mere stone throw away from your hotel, just across Yan An Zhong rd crossing the overhead bridge.
