Any guides to how much to pay for "tut-tut" ?
any difference during daytime & night time?

Also, any recommendations if want to hire a van (10pax) for transport from airport to hotel?

No different between day or night. It depends on your nego skill and distance. Normally should be 1-3 USD. As for van, u can google for it.

If you dont like the price just walk away. Plenty of tuk tuks.
From experience van from airport to city is about $25.

St 104-136 come alive after 7 PM. U can heading to St 51/172 for diff taste. Walkabout hv lots of FL MLF. But I do think St 136 hv better quality. During day time go to Luxury World Hotel (St 200) for massage plus ST.
Damage is a bit steep if u at CASA KTV with mummy n viets to seat by.

After midnite u can heading to St 51/172 "Heart of Darkness" n "Pontoon" looking for FL.-weekdays free entry.

After 7 PM go to St 49/130 at La Cyrcee Club for ST at cheap nearby budget hotel room.

Just enjoy.
