When you run on 4 hours of sleep each day for a week, the only thing that keeps you awake is nicotine and caffeine.
Still got to do all the paper work and cheong late nights..
Not good for health but in singapore, no fucking choice!

Just for sharing, I did once 21km in the morning on weekday, woke up at 4.00am (slept around 8pm the night before), started my run at 4.30am from one end of the purple line to the other end and took the train back around 7am+ and I went to work after that.
I have to say sufficient sleep is important for any endurance sport. And of course, I carried some cash to buy drinks on my way and ez-link card for the train ride. PS: You don't want to take train when your shirt is wet, it's freaking cold.

May I ask also add mountain biking in adverse conditions. Going downhill with restricted visibility and not knowing what awaits after the bend really pumps up the adrenaline.
