Running in adverse conditions has lead to some of my most satisfying running experience. I'm always sleeping at 1am. 10pm is like the time I usually just reach home.

But I'll feel sleepy if I go for a jog/run in the morning. The whole day I'll be more tired.

Which is why I choose to workout in the evenings after work. In that way I can have a good night's sleep.

no mandatory rule when to exercise.. the underling thing is to keep it consistent.
Sometimes I feel like working out in the middle of the night, like 4 am in the morning..

but got no gym only limited to running.. quite a awesome feeling to run at the graveyard hours..
