$700 is a very tight budget but enough if U go 4 a budget trip since Thailand is a wonderful tourist country tat's friendly 2 all sorts of tourists (& their wallets)

If you can speak fluent thai, you don't need to ask the people here. Because the people here all cannot speak as fluent as you.

Yupx u still can do visa runs till date. Business slightly affected though for those long term been using visa runs farangs/jepuns.

Spoke to the guy working at Jackgolf one of the leading visa runs agency. He used to do my visa runs a year ago. If u need to do visa runs,i suggest go with this agency since they never failed me in the past. Some agencies have problems here and there and often come back bangkok later than expected.

double twin means for two occupants. Most rooms come with a queensize bed at least. Unless u request for single beds.

U cant expect much for a 4kbaht LT in bangkok. But it will stretch alot more in Hatyai or some other places.
