Re: In the news again...
Source from The New Paper
Jul 10, 2015 6:00am By DAVID SUN The police have arrested 36 suspects in HDB flats suspected to be operating as brothels in an island-wide operation. The suspects, comprising two men and 34 women aged between 21 and 48, were allegedly involved in vice-related activities in residential areas, the police said in a statement on Thursday. Officers from the Ang Mo Kio Division, Jurong Division and Criminal Investigation Department (CID) raided multiple locations, including Woodlands, Sembawang, Sengkang, Jurong West, Yishun, Chinatown and River Valley, on Tuesday and Wednesday. A woman who lives next door to Woodlands flat that was raided said she became suspicious after strange men pacing up and down while looking at their mobile phones on the common corridor. The resident, who has young children, said she was shocked such things were going on just next door to them. “It’s disgusting and I’m grossed out. I feel unsafe, especially for my kids. I don’t want such people anywhere near them,” she said. |

Best is don't buy TNP at all. Buying it will boost their sales. As long as there is no buyers, it will not survive and will be out of circulation.

Back to regular programming for me!
Hmmmm…. Guess that the problem is not as serious as I had feared yesterday! I see that Boss/Mods have not done much about how these crooks still goes on posting about paedophilia with impunity all over the forum.
Yes, yesterday I was totally disgusted that ANY human being could ever be so degenerate; after battling these crooks for years, I had thought that I was immune from any feelings of disgust at anything that they can come up with. But what they are doing just totally grosses me out. I truly don’t care don’t care whatever they call me, I’ll just continue as it’s now apparent to me that what they are doing is just some more flailing in impotence that they can’t do anything about me exposing them for what they are – CROOKS. And GREAT that you guys can see for yourselves just how evil they are - The hell with everybody else, the hell with consequences as long as they prevail etc., but this is actually nothing new for these vermin. They have time and again shown NOT an iota of any decency and this latest episode when they just put their middle finger up to all of us to continue in their self-serving and totally callous tirade, just further shows how evil these crooks are. Back to regular programing - let's all of us give our own ideas and suggestions to Boss on how to handle this situation. Thanks SEAJ

Re: In the news again...
I think the site may be blocked soon, since the District Judge raised concerns:
http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/...e/1974466.html -- SINGAPORE: A District Judge in the State Courts raised concerns over the existence of online forum Sammyboy after hearing a case on Friday (Jul 10) related to sex workers advertising their services on the website. District Judge Mathew Joseph said he was "concerned" with the site, after noting "a lot of activities" were present on the site involving "young, vulnerable people". "The site seems to be flourishing," he added. He said this in sentencing 41-year-old Foo Suan Wee to ten weeks' imprisonment for living off the earnings of prostitutes. Foo had pleaded guilty to four charges, with three others taken into consideration. Judge Joseph asked the prosecution to check with the authorities to see if any actions were being taken against the Sammyboy site. The prosecutor said that he would pass on the feedback to enforcement agencies. The site was cited in a High Court judgement on Dec 22, 2014, where a freelance photographer helped to advertise sex workers on the website and charged them a fee for his photographic and advertising services. A check on the Sammyboy website revealed slogans such as "your virtual sex hub" and "commercial sex info at your fingertips". Threads pertaining to sex worker activities in areas, such as Geylang, Keong Saik and Desker, were present. Sex work is legal in Singapore, but public solicitation for sex and living off the earnings of sex workers are illegal. S$6,000 MONTHLY PROFIT FOR HELPING WITH PROSTITUTES' ONLINE ADS Investigations revealed that sometime in September 2013, Foo had become a regular customer of a female Chinese prostitute before she asked him if he could help advertise her services on the Internet. Foo then posted an advertisement on behalf of the girl on Sammyboy. Subsequently, the prostitute referred others to Foo to advertise their sexual services. Foo began charging S$200 per month from each prostitute's earnings to advertise on different websites. Foo would also trawl other websites for prostitutes and contact them via messaging app WeChat to ask if they wanted his help to advertise their sexual services. He would meet them to collect payment in cash before publishing photographs and information on such websites. To keep the advertisements up on the websites, the prostitutes had to pay a monthly fee of between S$200 and S$300 to the accused. When he was arrested on Dec 19, 2014, the authorities found that Foo had helped advertise the sexual services of about 30 to 40 female prostitutes per month, making a monthly profit of about S$6,000. Prosecution submitted that the case was aggravated due to the protracted period of advertising, the low-cost and high-multiplier nature of using the Internet, and the high monthly profits that Foo was getting from the offence. Foo could have received a maximum five years' jail and a S$10,000 fine for his offence.

Re: In the news again...
They can always block sammyboyforum.com via MDA, but cannot ban it totally because Boss has not violate any laws especially when the site is in US. Since when the boss is living off earnings of sex workers lol it's people like Foo Suan Wee that does it and note Foo began charging S$200 per month from each prostitute's earnings to advertise on different websites.
Obviously when he got caught, he just push all the responsible to those sites like sammyforum and talking tales about the forums he posted in i.e Laska crap. Same goes for those Upskirt pedo bears. |

Re: In the news again...
Thanks for sharing the latest news!
I am especially concerned with the parts I’ve underlined: “…..raised concerns over the existence of online forum Sammyboy after hearing a case on Friday (Jul 10) related to sex workers advertising their services on the website. District Judge Mathew Joseph said he was "concerned" with the site, after noting "a lot of activities" were present on the site involving "young, vulnerable people….". In other words, 1) This judge just unilaterally “dragged” SBF onto another totally unrelated case (perhaps this one - http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/...n/1972530.html) 2) He is highlighting “young vulnerable people” Hmmmm…. How much surfing on SBF has this honorable Judge been doing?! But in any case, I really can see how he would think that SBF is full of kids. Just look at all the nonsense surrounding John Bass (I do NOT have anything for or against him) – whether the participants are actually kids or not, they certainly look to me like they ARE kids. Don’t they know how to string together more than 6 words to form a sentence? Especially one without all the childish expletives? Like kids I hear at HDB playgrounds cussing, smoking, shouting and acting like….. kids! And what is it that they are going on and on about? ANY adult here can actually understand what THAT is all about? And then they would migrate to the “zap free” zones on threads which have absolutely nothing to do with them to come out with expletive laden bile just to get zapped (which become upz’s). Even if they are not kids, their actions certainly scream out “Kids! Young vulnerable people!" Of course just my suggestion, but perhaps Boss/Mod would like to look into this. SEAJ

Re: In the news again...
As far as I am concerned prostitution is legal. The articles acknowledge this irrefutable fact.
My site advertises a legal activity so I have broken no law whatsoever. The yellow pages advertises whores too. http://www.yellowpages.com.sg/search/all/escorts Mah Bow Tan is one of the directors. Why don't they arrest him? http://www.yps.com.sg/test/board.asp?page=about Quote:
The hypocrisy of the singapore establishment is far more depraved than my site ever was. True to form, we have one rule for the ruling elite and another set of laws for the common man trying to make a living. As for the upskirt crap I took measures long ago to prevent this sort of deviant behaviour from being uploaded to my site by disabling file uploading. However with the thousands of file and image sharing sites available for free nowadays, how the hell am i supposed to sanitise the site. I can delete a post and a new link is published in seconds. Even DMCA rules require nothing more than removing copyrighted material if it is reported which I have always done upon receiving a complaint. The root cause of rampant prostitution is not sammyboyforum. It is the government opening the floodgates to plane loads of foreign whores who arrive in droves on a daily basis. When i first started sammyboy, there was not a single freelance advert in the forum. We were all discussing geylang and other legal red light districts that were created by the government in the first place. The forum became polluted with freelance stuff with PRC whores swarming the heartlands because the government let them in. Send them all home and sammyboyforum can go back to being what it was intended for in the first place.

Re: In the news again...
Dun think they want to shut down, as it will mean the lead will be lost. They still need info from the site. It is the same like some forum, die die will not closed. If closed already, how they know what hatred the ppl having? Sometimes, it might plant some moles. To spike things up, n see what are the reaction. Also u never will know some might be a smaster, find a FL to destress after earning so much money. A sex deprive man is dangerous, it will have more social problem. Isn't it the same like a hungry man is an angry man.

Re: In the news again...
The 34 whores that were arrested operating in the heartlands... how did they pass through immigration? What sort of "talent" did they declare on their arrival cards?
If you allow riff raff past the borders, what do you expect them to do once they pass the checkpoint? The government does not know the root cause of the MRT breakdowns and they sure as hell have not figured out the root cause of the ills of Singapore society. But it has suddenly dawned on them that they can blame it all on this website. If they shut it down, Singaporeans will all revert to being angels and the whores are all going to pack their bags and go home voluntarily.
