May i ask for some advice? i want bring my thai girl friend i met in bkk to hotels at balestier.
Which hotels do you recommend? because she work at bar as waitress her job ends at 5am.
If need to scan in her visit pass they will let us in right? Or have hotels that dont need 2 i/cs?
Also, i visited the hotel 81 website but they say all weekend rooms are "sold Out" for all the weeks ahead. is it really booked? or they just dont let you book?

2days ago Fri nite me & my girl goes to Bugis Hotel 81, luckily i goes together with my girl, i was told by the staff they dun accept my girl's passport, only ID or permit. In the end i have to drive to balestier.

Same here.. Went to Bugis branch was told only Bencoolen and Jalan Sultan branch accept passport.. I wonder then how foreigners can book a room in the hotel? :P Or they assumed I wanted a 2 hour room?! I think making such assumptions will not be good for business...
