Nothing to do with trading rep points. It's for ongoing abusive language in the rep remarks column without identifying your nick.. Refer to rule 8 of http://thesbf.shop/showthread.php?t=60407 This rule has been in force for years.

It's not based on how long you've been a member. It all depends upon your participation level.

You have to tick the option to save a copy of sent messages. Go to your CP and configure this.
