I know one PRC who said she is born in 1987 but her parents had to declare she was born in 1979 because the one child policy started in 1980 in China. If her parents declare she was born in 1987, they will be heavily fined.

Ya.. none of our business.. but i know if u want to born more is ok just be tax more.. and pay fine.. i know alot have 2 or 3 children although there was the one child policy
