Here is a report of some of the escorts and brothels by streets and price ranges.

High End Escort Services (These places run out of girls by 12:00 midnight, except Casa which is open until 3:00 a.m. and Holiday International Manhattan Club)
Casa Hotel Night Club and Restaurant No. 5 France Street 47 Near What Phnom Girls arrive at 8:00 pm, all independent escorts with one mamamasan
Vietnamese $67 a night ($50 if you rent a karoke room)
Chinese $150 a night
Cambodians $67 a night (no negotiation on the prices)
Karoke room is $8 all night, girl is $7 plus tip of at least $10.
What you do is between each other, no sex in the room.
You can take her home for $50.
Club 99 No. 10 Street 252 Girls arrive at 8:00 p.m. Cambodians girls Vietnamese girls One mamason $70 a night (negotiated down to $60 a night)
Holiday International Manhattan Club Street 84, off Monivong Girls do not arrive until late at 1:00 a.m. Vietnamese, Chinese and Cambodian dance on the disco floor. Tell the waiter you want to speak to the mamasan. Tell her who you want. $50 a night (I did not negotiate).
XO Club, No. 85 A, Street 163 By far the best looking girls, Vietnamese and Cambodian. This is NOT an escort service. The rooms are $8 an up a night. The girls are free but expect a tip. You sing karoke and hug them. They make money off the food and drinks. The girls drink what you buy them. Many married women work here to make ends meet. The girls and beer girls will go home with you if they like you. There is no pressure to go home with you. If you want a girl right away, ask to see the mamasan. Girls are $70 to $100 a night. See also the Yellow Pages under nightclubs and karoke. "Karoke" is a code word for escort service and places like XO.

Low end escorts
Martinis - This is a freelancer bar and prices are negotiable, there are a couple of mamasans with a few girls. There is no recourse on the bar if you stuff is stolen by any of the girls you may pick up here. Prices are around $10-$20.
The girls standing at night near the Independance Monument, near Wat Phnom and along street 106. Be careful if you go to these places as you could easily be robbed. The girls on 106st are most pick pockets.
Walkabout.- Same as Martinis
Sharkies Bar.
Heart of Darkness. - You'll probably see many of the same girls you'd meet in Walkabout and Sharkies.
Le Crycee - Closest thing you'll get to a brothel.
Sophies Club - An experience, a BJ bar. STD's can be transmitted thru a BJ.
Mid Range Hostess bars.
There are about 20 or so hostess bars aimed at westerners, prices are negotiable and the girls are generally a better standard. Bars do not charge for sex services provided by the girls as this is illegal. Hostess bars do have a bar fine that covers the loss of income created by not having the staff member in the bar.
Middle range escort services.
The Cambodian brothels are all located near the Lucky Star Hotel No 14 Street 336. At night, the brothel owners rent space at the hair salons. When you drive by, the pimps will call you in. The brothels are open during the day as well. You have to knock on the doors. The girls are all Cambodian. Prices are $10 to $25. There are also girls that stand in groups of threes on the street corners nearby.
The Vietnamese brothels (there are four of them) are all located on Street 63 Sangkat Phsar Thmei Ti 3. No. 40 is a brothel. During the day it is a haircut shop. Knock on the door during the day. The girls are $30 a night. You can negotiate. The girls at the brothels work harder to please you than the independents because the pimps actually beat them up if you complain, so don't support these places.
Motodops / Tuk Tuk Drivers.
Usually a good source of local knowledge, you'll never pay local prices but you will get to see a few places not generally talked about.

Hi bros, I am currently in bkk. I travelled overland from hcmc to pp then to siem reap and from siem reap to bkk all by open bus. The trip from siem reap to the thai border was pretty bad with uneven road. It was a different case over the thai side sitting in a cool minivan to khao san road.

Basically my trip, I went for massage .Day one, I saw the picture taken by bro Ah hia , I went to try the paris hotel massage. Girls selection was so-so . That was only one girl who is ok and my first try at Cambodian. I paid upfront US10 for the massage. Room was clean , but then i noticed toilets are extremely smelly and filthy. And there was power trip during my massage for two times. Massage is only ok and I paid US20 for a st. Their English is limited so basically negotiate with the girl using your hp. My first night hotel stay was at sokha heng guesthouse. Let me warn you guys to AVOID this guesthouse as their services are extremely bad(0 out of 10).Room was awful too. Its pretty near to the riverside , or rather a 5-7mins walk from the guesthouse. There is some major upgrading along the riverside and it can be unsightly.

Day two, check out Sokha Heng guesthouse and went to look for accomodation guesthouses listed by bro ah hia. Went in to take a look at green guesthouse , it was ok but I wasn't impressed with the counter service.Instead, I walked around this area. The area here is extremely dirty and noisy but you will soon get used to it. Finally,I settled for nice guesthouse which is directly opposite dragon guesthouse. US15 for a room with balcony, with no elevator. It was nice to have a balcony and you can smoke n chill out with a beer at the same time. Opposite the guesthouse , you will see a restaurant selling malaysian food. Nasi lemak , roti prata.Wow, wow not bad ah after trying it out, its comparable to singapore standard if not better. After a long nap, I decided to venture out for another night of fun. Hiring one motorup driver, I asked for him to bring me to massage again. This time, I went to kim massage. From the outside , it looks pretty decent . I wasn't allow to select any girl and was given one on the spot. In came a girl who looks like she is in her early 30s. During massage, I heard her talking over the phone in Mandarin.We had a nice chat and she said that you can actually bring out the girl from this parlour for US50( 10 for mummy and 40 for girl) .Those masseuse work till 11pm. She will leave early with you if she like you. The mummy wasn't be able to show me the type of girl I want as she went out during that time. But i was promised a girl who fit my criteria. The mummy promised to 'deliver' the girl right to my doorstep. That night , I waited and finally she is here. Opening the door,I saw the girl who looks like she is 15 or so. I queried the mummy who brought her here and make sure she is not underage. She assured me and from then it was a lovely night with this petite pretty vietnamese girl who is able to speak limited mandarin.

I will do some updating on massage parlours when I am back in singapore. Some of those places mentioned are closed.

Extremely wide selection of Vietnamese girls ( looks like they are in the range of 15-17 if not younger) I went in during the afternoon , they were all looking very tired. Looks like they were awaken by the pimp. I did not try as they seems really underage. I see quite a handful looking like 12 or 13.Please note that its a crime to have sex with children.

2) Near the Independence monument

Usually a group of three girls sitting at stone seat , mostly cambodian.Quality is bad. I was told some of them could be on drugs or pickpockets, so try at your own risk.

3) Can't remember this place.Its at a T-junction , girls are standing in the open ( cambodians in the range of 16-20) as usual some of them are very young, so pls be very careful. US50 for LT

***Scam***-I was told to add US10 for two girls but ended up with one girl only, so pls take note. Of cos as a foreigner and being alone , you can't take risk arguing with them.

If you are staying here, exit left from this guesthouse walk left. You will see capitol tours. Capitol tours do daily tours of pp and open bus to siem reap which is very convenient if you are heading to siem reap.

Internet and voip calls , exit left from this guesthose , walk all the way straight down , cross the road. You see internet cafe.Good rates and clear voice clarity using voip.

Laundry.If you have problem with doing a quick wash of your clothing.Dragon guesthouse opposite can help. Extremely courteous staff over there.Alot of ang mo backpackers stay there too. Don't try the breakfast there is awful.However, pasta with tomatoes is not too bad.

Nice guesthouse closes its front entrance around 11pm. However , there isn't any problem with getting a girl LT to stay with you. Just inform the counter recep about it. There is about all. I hope you guys making a first trip to pp just like me will have a general idea of this place.
