Re: Circumcision: my experience
It's normal. I had the swell last time too. After 1-2 weeks then swell went off. But you should have a follow up check up right? Can consult your doc if it persists.

Re: Circumcision: my experience
Hi all,
I had done mine in late Oct 2011! And just want to highlight, that LA is not as bad as it sounds....and the pain (during the injection) is definitely endurable Cheers! |

During the circ I asked the doctor how come you don't use clamps for cutting. He said hand cuts get better results aesthetically. It has been indeed true.. got a really good looking cut. |

For fellow brothers who want to get theirs done there, my personal advice is for follow-ups, go to your local GP. His antiseptic wash and cream are rather dated stuff, so not as effective against the infection that WILL occur for the next 2 weeks or so after ops. He gives a really nice looking cut though. |

Re: Circumcision: my experience
After much reading in this thread and viewing of those handsome circumised penises online, really consider having me done.

Re: Circumcision: my experience
It's not as painful as it sounds actually. The pain is more of a dull aching sensation. If you do want to do it, do consider very carefully cos you can't get that piece of skin back as for me, absolutely happy with my choice. Very clean and smooth so is worth the discomfort for a few weeks

Re: Circumcision: my experience
For me, i was very kia-see...so it was already one mth before i start any form of running
It's more because wanted to give it more time to get used to the without foreskin feeling But i think different people will have different recovery rate...some faster, some slower |
