From my experiences, AC can be dangerous if u don't follow some of the already mentioned guidelines or just being plain stupid (like showing off your wealth in a country where people have almost nothing).

But just for the record, I once got pickpocketed in HK and no way I consider that an unsafe country, so shit can happen ANYWHERE.
As others have mentioned, scams occurs ANYWHERE there is money to be made and AC is no exception.
I have mentioned it a few times as Master bro PhantomTiger also. To avoid scams, just stick to the legit bars and places mentioned here and u should be fine. Set ups only happens OUTSIDE the regular/ legit bars. Avoid the FL and other unknown pimps and backalley shady types selling sex and u will be 100% scam free.
Now to get guarantee sex:
go to the legit bar,
pick out a gal,
ask her a few questions about what u want (don't be shy about it),
take her ONLY ST
and if everything works out right, tell her u will keep her LT and give her a nice tip tomorrow morning.
If no chemistry works, then do your ST deed and have her leave early,
then go hunting again as the night will still be young.

are u referring to My Therapist on the pic posted? this bar is located on end of Perimeter side, from Lost In Asis go further, it is at former Stargate site. it is beside Niji Japanese Restaurant.
nice place with nice dance unlike at usual bars where dance are normally not in sequence

I used to like StarGate which is almost at d end of perimeter...
Then... Used to be an Ang Moh haunt....
One of the reasons was that it felt i was in a bar in a village following a long jeepney ride...
I love sitting in the jeepney beside the driver rather than being squashed up behind..
Lot more air and im able to have better viibility n thus easier to alight.
Those were d days i used to reccee AC end to end with my good ole anonymous bro..
