I've tried many ways on easing up my gastirc problems, cutting down on my smoking, drinking soya milk, etc. Your suggestion on drinking do work but there again, for me it don't. Simply b'cuz I'm allergic to Lactose. Too bad, but still many thanks.

I remember 8 to 9 years ago before I quite drinking, I was drinking like a fish, when in China (mostly in Beijing), almost every evening, I would drink with people whether I knew them or not, until I have satisfied myself that I was about to drown in alcohol. As you can see now, I do not drink at all. If I can change, so do you. I wish you all the best.

Good advice to bros on leaving their heart in Shanghai! It is dangerous as Shanghai is indeed a very nasty world. Beware! Play with you brain, but not with your heart. Of course, you can enjoy with your "tools".

Dun be surprised as life's such that it's always filled with the unexpected.
I'm merely turning away from alcohol as I have to do so, not for nayone sake buut rather for my own. It's time to do so after teh last few years of really, really, heavy excessive drinking. Health comes 1st, moreover I'm not getting any younger by the years. Most of all, it's the company that matters most now not the drinkks though....
I've seen much better changes in my recent health since I stay away from drinking, cutting down on my excessive smoking. Will be going to the Gym comes Sept, having moved to a new place that will be equipped with a fully-equipped Gym. Also, will be swimming again pretty often as my new place comes with a indoor pool as well.
Hope I can perserver on with this 'intended' exercise routine of mine and eventually end up with a better state of health....a very "pink" one that is big bro!

I remembered on your last birthday celebration at Manhattan, you were drunk, but you were lucky enough to have empress to take care of you. As for your career, glad that you have managed to pull through the down time. However, do remember how you did it, its not only your mental strength, but also the the support from some bros, both financially and spiritually. Dont take this support for a ride and dont think you can get away from these indebtedness on a FOC basis.
