As bro Bluesman's said, the last thing you wanna do is to make your wife feel unhappy. Please understand, she don't get pregnant by herself, you contributed to her situation now. So, please do show her that you are in fact happy that she's bearing your child. Anyway, it's your own flesh and blood.

Things will work out fine. You'll just have to be extra hardworking from now on. You control the destination and future path of your family and in a few years time, you will love your kids dearly and think back about how ridiculous are your worries now.

Bro fong, be thankful u are able to have kids. Some married for so long and his wife still cant conceive. Take it as a blessing..not a burden.

As for insufficient vitamin M, I suppose you need to sort that out prudently. Priority should be given to your immediate family i.e wife & children. Cheonging is secondary. Only when you have some extras, then u cheong lah. Be moderate...and dont be too extreme or excessive. End of the day its one's principle and conscience that count. God bless u!
