Sorry my bad, i was looking at the wrong column + too horny. Rate was actually 21.54

its very painful indeed with the rise of the baht. i find that http://www.ratchadaexchange.com/ offer a better rate than super rich or exchanges in SG. in the meantime, just praying for it to go back to at least 23 region. hoped someone finds this useful.

Rate not very good recently.
Raffle can only get 21.97 Change near to BKK 4 face buddha there get 22.00 Change at Phrom Phong BTS area, put 22.00 but change only 21.97 said the rate for 22.00 only for 1k and above.

Good thing about the baht appreciating so much has deterred many Tiongs from going to Thailand... And also the Rmb has dropped a lot lately.
Used to see them flooding everywhere in Phuket, Bangkok n Chiangmai. The nos of Tiongs have gone down drastically..
