600RMB is not the normal rate, it is rather the cheaper rate. You thought you read somebody wrote 200RMB is the norm, so you thought, I think then who confirm? A session of 60 mins perhaps, so how long you expect with 600RMB? And how many shots can you managed in a hour?
Anyway, you said you tried looking on the map but are you looking at the right map, looking at the right place? I think one issue that I am sure is that the map will not have Shi Jia Bao written on it.

After my first trip to an HC I all amazed at that sevice. It took some of the more experienced brothers here to tell me that it is quite common.
