But in some cases when a woman reach a certain age like maybe 45 and above they seem to have lesser sex with their partner maybe is all because of their age and also there is not so much urge for them. This is my point of view.

Sometimes doing this will worsen the communication... Try and talk and communicate more... or try and woo her back..... Light up her life again......

A spouse who refuses to have sex is sending you a very clear message.. ie... that the relationship has ended. In your case, it ended 2 years ago.
You might as well formalise the end of the relationship by initiating divorce proceedings.[/QUOTE] I have hear from a friend if a married have not consumate (HAVE SEX) for more than 6 months you can use it as a legal proceeding to initiate divorce.. Can any brother in the legal industry confirm this??
