Number 1: this is call a male host bar.

Number 2: License for night joint not easy to take given that the government is closing down on nightspots. Last time 15 per night joint now only allow 8.

Number 3: this idea already 6-7 years ago when japan started with male host bar. Today only left some strong ones who are supported by with those regulars. You can look around Naked Gun, Club Romeo and Gucci.

Number 4: Security is easy to find, you just need to find a manager on security and then you can get it done because they normally will look around nearby night joints too.

Number 5: Boys also not hard, thailand, korea, taiwan and china. you name it, they want it but the problem is got market for it or not? I agree that there are some ladies who give 20k a night no doubt in that. China hang flower joint also got, why not you open one? Capital confirm lower than male host bar.

Any interested individuals who are in dilemma in investing in TS feel free to pm me. These days joints of such, license can only take over very hard to apply already. Hope that helps the brothers in here.

This industry has always been a niche one... Unlike a lounge for guys, a male host lounge typically target the super rich tai tais or the successful career women who's not successful in love/sex life, so its somewhat not beneficial to be heavily advertised. Sg I know has the market, but question is a new joint how to fight the well established ones in this niche industry. Personally, I think its probably more profitable to run a male escort agency rather in such high capital joints.

You'll be faced with very strong competition from the bigger players like Club D, NG etc... Unless you already got a wide pool of customer base who are able to support you regularly, I think it'll be quite hard to maintain the business... Somemore host bars are not as "hot" as compared to HFJs... Opening a HFJ might be a better option IMO...

Escort high chance go up lorry, u want to hire local? of course u can... but the issue is the quality for overseas boys are better and easily better. the only thing that gives the locals a headstart is the proficiency of language. Other than that i seriously cant think of any that the local cant beat the import.

All they need to do is find a tua peh kong buy over the licensing and get their boys to contact their existing customers to return. before you even get your renovation done up... the same old Gorgio is Up again. You have no idea how fast these people work. I can assure you they will pick up faster than your new joint given their experience and connections.
