My understanding is even more pte limited. Seem rocket science to me just trying to pronounce and let alone remembering all those different muscle parts names.

I cycle/run and do with whatever equipments/weights I have, focusing more on trimming fats, building up chest and toning up abs/arms. For my height, I cannot be too big, else will be chunky.
