tigerairways is making money cos it have the back-up of SIA ... thus they can negotiate to fly to many countries as compare with jetstar ...
in terms of service and pricing ... they SUCKS big time ...

Agreed, as Tiger is partly owned by SIA, definitely they will get the better part of the pie. That is why you can see them branch out so fast.
You can clearly see that they have monopoly of the China market, flying to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Sanya etc. Not forgetting also parts of India..
Jetstar should come in and give them a bit of competition..
