Normally seldom got people get so many mummy to get girls..... but if in your situation, what I would do is just take out $100 and ask them to split among themselves. That way, you dun get to be the bad guy, and let them work the issue of spliting the tips themselves.

actually we nv get those mummy in....only ask 1 asst mummy whom we know to come in and get gals for us....the other mummy come in herself....such situation do we need to pay the one who came in herself?

Depending whether she got entertain you guys or find girls for you all. Some guys I go with like to sit with mummy. In that case, she gets tips like a normal gro. but if she just come in and do nothing, can probably ignore her altogether or just just give 10 bucks just to get her out.

What I will do is probably get her as a girl and enjoy. Since mummies are normally more fun to be with. More experienced in this trade.
