Taipei largely requires you to have an agent contact that refers you to the spa location. Some of these agent contacts can be found online. Most of these spa locations are located at basement (below ground level) or higher floors of a building (usually there's a guy with a walkie talkie at the door that has been pre-approved to let you in). Most of these spas are located at Linsen North Road (Linsen Bei Lu) area. As a tourist, you may be required to bring your ID or show them your phone conversation to ascertain that you're a foreigner. The spa opening hours are 12noon to 4-6am range. So you could pretty much visit anytime

Once you've entered the spa (post verification), you would normally be presented with a row of girls for selection. Sometimes the staff would try to push you to pick a random girl instead by psycho-ing you that the rest of the girls are busy. After you pick the girl, you would be led to the cashier's counter to pre-pay. Price is usually 2,500 NTD - 2,900 NTD for massage + 1 HJ. You would then need to keep your phone in a locker (i.e no phone access for 1 hour)

any additional services would be negotiated directly with the girl thereafter. Pricing could be 500-1,000 NTD onward for extra HJ, to 5k-7k onward NTD for FJ.

i have not tried Taiwan KTV nor outcall, so i can't comment much. But i understand that Taiwan KTV have different grades of girls (apparently classified as different types of uniforms, Bian Fu Dian, Zhi Fu Dian etc). For outcall, apparently unlimited rejection at the door if you dont like the girl.

To supplement few pointers:
1. You don’t need ID unless u wanna go clubs but no harm carrying it along. just need to report the okt/agent aka 干部 name when you reach for validation. They will normally follow up what time your booking and the lady name etc. Taipei called it 舒壓館 whereas Taichung are mainly 三溫暖 spa where you see PRC kinda of neons lights instead of hidden in underground basement.

2. Typically massage is what local called 0.3 service (HJ) where you slowly add service aka 加值 to 0.5 with bbbj aka 音樂 until 1 FJ aka 運動 for around 5k onwards depending on quality. Not all will offer unless u become their regulars or you might get lucky if you can KC or have some chemistry. It is similar to our SLG massage scene. Playability depends on ML whether they go fully naked, French etc..Google Taipei fun and read their local FRs which are accurate to certain extent

3. For outcall, I think some need some rejection fee to cover transport maybe 200 - 500

4. Bring enough cash as credit card will incurred extra 10% service charge

agent commission is inbuilt into the price already. not charged separately. the agent is behind the scenes (you dont meet him, you go direct to the spa and be welcomed by a guy with walkie talkie to let you in), so agent likely would collect direct from the spa (called shu ya dian, literal translation of reduce pressure shop) as per the bro above

for taipei outcall, i understand that there's usually multiple price tiers. 8k NTD, 10-12k NTD, 18k-20k NTD, 25k-30k NTD. haven't tried myself, but i understand it's for 1x FJ. price tier ranges due to looks/occupation. i believe the photos used are mostly inaccurate/fakes since it's logistically too hard to coordinate that many pics across that many girls. apparently unlimited rejection if you dont like the girl that arrives to your room (and maybe just need to pay transport fee as suggested by bro above)

while at taipei spa, the girls realistically aren't the best looking. some are decent, but pls manage expectations as if one were better looking, you would likely work at KTV or outcall instead. for the price of 2.5k-2.9k NTD, i think it's ok since you can negotiate more inside the room.

if you're into clubbing, visit KOR (bar/mini club) or Omni (club), quite a lot of hot girls

Yeah guys, the massage places are decent, try them out, some hot girls you can find if you are patient. Normally, arrive early afternoon during the week, for me, the best girls are available then. I like it too, cuz you can see line ups and choose from there. KTV and outcall have hotter girls, but it's more expensive and hit or miss, just depends on what you really want. Cheers!
