I like night exercising also n I used to run alone v late in the night nany yrs ago when i am still schooling not in any recent decade tho, doesn't feel that safe anymore. wana go must find buddies to go together

Thanks Rickey and Driedlemon for your concern. I am a slow runner. With my headphone and music on, I hardly know what is going on around me.

Normally when I see something it is two point of the run.

1. When I finish running and started the panting exercise.
2. When I reach mid-point and doing the U-turn. The rest.... I am busy catching my breath. hahaha.
