Recently I went to book a 2hrs transit room with a maid at H81 Rochor, I present my ID and her passport (her new work permit is still under processing) but was rejected by the counter staff. Was told that they need 2 IDs to check in. I refused to give up so I tried the nearby H81 Dickson and gotten the same reply. Hence, I believe this is the policy for H81. Just for info sharing, H81 chinatown transit 2hrs is $40 on Sunday. H81 Dickson, Rochor and Kovan is $35. I am not sure about the rates for other branches.

Different branches have different rates, and some don't even have 2-hour package

However if you r a regular with some of the establishment can get away with one id. But usually not for short time one.
