And one tip if you dun want to declare 20k limit out of Sg can find your friendly money changer or remittance firm to give you a cheque. Pm me if you need such a service.

I thought declaration includes traveler checks and other financial instruments convertible to cash...... the sum total is taken into consideration for the limit.
