went over to Sayuri few nite ago, nb !! the whole area / kumpong Blackout !
no electricity .... lan lan so asked where else to go ? the taxi driver brought
us to a Place call " Chiangmai Hii Hotel " distance from Sayuri was about 10 mins . Arrived there and went in to see see look look ... the Captain came
over and quoted us : normal one @ Baht 2k and the 2.3K for the upper grade
and for overnite booking was Baht 5K .

I must say that the Gal's compare to SAYURI much better ... how I know ?
co's my 1st visit to Sayuri ( day before the BLACKOUT ) the captain quoted
us 2K and 2.5K for the gals ... nb Fucking expensive .... and to compare the
2k gal between Sayuri & Chiangmai Hill hotel, My $$$ is with Chiangmai Hill.

So, any one out there can try to visit this Place ( seems to be for the locals )

A few months ago when I was in Chiang Mai, I went and check out the Sayuri entertainment Complex which is just a short walk across the river from the night market.

There are pretty Thai gals sitting at the ground floor. However these gals are for ktv only . I did not ask about their pricing.

UP at the first floor there is a viewing display where you can find about 50 Thai gals available for package. Quality varies but you can find some SYT if you come early and at the right timing.The price is only 1000 baht per package which include body washing and a FJ session. Do not be fooled by the English speaking captains whom will try to quote you a much higher price . Just tell him that you have came before and you have already know the pricing and you came alone... ie not brought in by any tuk-tuk whom will try to earn commission from you.

The SYT Thai gal which I have chosen was very friendly and GFE. She gave me FK and even allowed DATY followed with a pro-active FJ action. After the FJ session , she even gave me a relaxing massage... Tip her well for that. Overall worth it as it only cost 1000 baht per package.

After the FJ session , you can go to the adjacent restaurant where you can view about 20 very pretty Thai gals singing and dancing on stage . All of them will wear kinky knee high boots. ...they all extremely sexy especially when all of them came out on stage together. It is a wonderful sight. Only cost me about 150 baht for a plate of fried noodle and a bottle of water to watch the few hours long sing and dancing performance. Definately worth it and not to be missed. Not sure if it is possible to bring any of them out for an overnight.. ... mmmm... will ask next time when I return to Chiang Mai.

Also near the night market, there seem to be a few ktv available. You will be able to see them as they will have about ten gals sitting out there to get your attention. However it would be better if you can speak Thai in order to venture into their ktv...

Enough have been written about the different Karaokes like Olivia 1 & 2, Twenty, Penthouse etc. For these, go without your cabbies & tuk tuks to avoid a price uplift.

This current low season is very low which means that there's more women than their are customers willing to pay what were high prices as compared with Hatyai etc.

I would hint here that at the Loi Kroh Beer Bars, the best place was "The Sportsman Bar" deep in the corner of that place where farangs like to hang out. A few cute SYTs (all depends on your eye) can be found there.

There were also a couple of nice SYTs in the adjoining bars around the "Muay Thai" boxing ring but, they are surrounded by a bevy or karoeys too! The rest of the Loi Kroh bars offer skanks of course!

Avoid Monday night cos the Sportsman is closed besides the fact that the area is cordoned off and they charge an admission fee of 400 bahts to watch a few people hitting each other in the Muay Thai ring!

Star Six agogo was hot! More than a few lovelies and they are currently very negotiable in terms of the "door charge" of 150 bahts (incl of a drink). We were allowed to bring in our own bottle of Scotch provided we ordered a mixer for that door charge and it made our day! Last high season, this place was good but expensive.

BTW, for those looking to chase local uni girls and test their ONS skills, the Warm Up and Monkey Bar places are still throbbing with many SYTs out on the town. I would warn that its very competitive and a good about town
friend will be most helpful if you want to compete.

Another highlight of this visit was finding a FL Mami who specialized in University Girls on the make @ 2k a pop. Damm,. they all arrived in their own cars! Cost me some "khwa thow lui" to tap into this contact but, there is a price to everything.

I'd be back even though my current flavour is CP!

It would be good if anyone going documents the exact address or even "google earth" these lady houses so that we do not have to depend on the taxi drivers for future visits thus saving the loaded-in commissions which are substantial.

If its off a main road, a digital photo of the "turn off signboard" of the particular Soi would also be helpful. I did that for the 7-11 junction of the Soi leading to Victoria's Secret at Rama 9.

Don't worry about commissions, Lady Home operators doesn't pay commissions to taxi cab drivers! They can't afford to pay commissions like soapy massage centers.

Is that true. I find it hard to accept because Thailand tourist business is built on commissions. What do you pay when you go with the taxis?

e.g. in Hatyai, a lady house girl of 1200 - 1500 bahts becomes 1800 to 2500 bahts when you go with the taxi or tuk tuk.

Having worked with tourist guides in Chiang Mai in bringing people to Karaokes and even Traditional Thai massage, I can say for sure that commission is part of the Thai system e.g. a Traditional Thai massage of 200 to 250 bahts for 2 hours can become 400 bahts when you go with the guide.

In Phuket, I remember when you go with the guide or tuk tuk, the lady houses charge you anywhere from 800 to 1000 bahts more for a girl on top of the normal prices.

This is not about arguments, but just sharing knowledge & ideas.

I have only been to 2 lady homes in CM & as recently as last week.

In both cases, we were brought by a lady guide friend of mine & I was sure that there was commission in the LT price quoted at 2000 each lady even while a discount was thrown in if we took 5 ladies.

BTW, I have stopped posting much in the forum in the last year but still come on to learn & share information & ideas.

I have visited Bangkok & Thailand for more than 15 years specializing in Phuket more than anywhere else because I have many local friends there. However, I have visited most places in Thailand at least several times if not more. While I do not move much in a group, I do move quite independently & always with research before I visit any place. That is my modus operandi.

I have lived in Bangkok since first quarter of 06.

However, I still do not consider myself an expert for here or anywhere because the person who stops learning each day stops growing.

You have certainly been sharing in your contributions. However, if you believe that taxi drivers (in Thailand) do not make commissions, then perhaps you will want to review that opinion although each of us is entitled to our own opinion.

To repeat,
if a simple traditional massage of 200 bahts can have a built in commission so that the guest pays 400 bahts, I do not see how a lady house cannot load on commissions for taxis and tuk tuks.

BTW, I always let them earn it for the first time I visit a new place but, I take an overall tour if I want to find the locations.

With careful documentation & notes, I save myself future commissions e.g in Sayuri, I pay 900 to 1200 for each session as opposed to many with taxi drivers / tuk tuks who pay 1500 - 2500.

This last visit, I even paid a staff of a close local staff 3000 for ST with a University part timer. But, from that encounter, I found the actual Mami who specializes in part time University students & the second call in, I paid 2,000 from which the girl gets 1500 & the Mami gets 500 bahts.
For the first encounter, the young man made 1000 off me but it was a "finding fee" that I am prepared to disburse when I want to get to a source.

If you love Thailand, I would recommend you try Chang Ping in China too. It may not last forever but right now, its as good as you can get in China.

Let me know if you are going. I visit very often. There's a great range of Saunas (different from Thailand but great), BBS (unhurried ST in your own room) & karaokes without worries about commissions.

Why is it so good? Cos any girl over 23 is considered a veteran and has to go overseas or elsewhere cos she'd be too old to be popular in this town.

hi guys, just came back from chiang mai.

the off peak season must be terrible so all the pretty gals in the fish tank are incredibly cannot make it.

visted chiang mai hill, sayuri and pandora box, all cannot make it.
any house in GL also have better looking gals than them.

the captain at sayuri tried to chop carrot head, quote us 3500bht.
my whole party left straight away, more offended than interested already.
we were simply not interested to bargain with this type of nosense.

so guys, do your homework b4 heading down.
