SAD.... but maybe I m unlucky, cos I went in at the wrong time. Total hours spent there : about 3hrs... waiting time half of it. Overall the place is good but I think the VIP rooms will be good lor.

aiyo, 17% VAT only apply for branded goods, computers, etc lor. For locally produced goods not technology like clothes, makan, etc no such tax one. Not like singapore, even makan at restaurant also ganna VAT. Here alot of restaurant and I can say 90%+++ no collect service tax or VAT unless hotel la. Singapore alot restaurant collect 10% service charge and 5% GST + 1 % govt tax. gan la. fuck service also collect service charge.

So if live in shanghai, no buy branded goods from angmo country, ok lor. cheap.
