Yes, the chinese name is 語已多, english name i think is chaperone. For direction, if you are walking from Miraton along zhong yuan road, you should turn left after Lucky hotel, you will see a stretch of food stalls. Turn right and turn left. You should see Chaperone on the left. Do note that CP evil footies is still no where near CA's evil footies.
