I seldom post FRs, so here it is a rare one for you bros.

Was drinking with some friends and on the way back, feel the need to get a back rub and some release. She brought me some water and I asked for pricing. It is 70mins for 100rmb (free private room). 50mins for the oil massage and 20 mins to clean you up. You can opt for double session (add 100rmb) or add 30mins for 50rmb. I chose the latter. To understand their pricing and services, I read the menu, foot massage for 30, private room for 80 (single) or 100 (for double). Hell, they even offer food and drinks (alcoholic too). They offer almost everything a large bathhouse offer. I also asked if they do extras, HJ is included in the oil massage. 2 shots allowed if doing 100mins or 140mins. They do not offer FS from what I understand but that is fine by me.

Time for action! I lay down on my belly and she started the oil massage. She did a little on the back and next thing you know it became a prostate massage! Standard pricing should be 130 for locals in anything outlying (or outside of outer-ring waihuan expressway) or relatively more isolated places. So remember to bargin! In and around more central regions, it ranges from 150-300. Also for overnight takeout, the standard is 400 before 3am and 300 after 3am.

I was curious and so took a drive to hanghuaxinchun. My gosh there are so many there. There are at least 20 on hangzhong lu, and at least another 20 on hangnan? lu (one of the cross streets). The girls there range from not so pretty, to some very pretty ones, definitely much much better quality than your normal BBS. I even saw quite a number are pretty KTV standard ones. They are also generally much younger than your usual BBS or KTV. So many, in shops, walking around, all over the place. Food places, empty cabs everywhere. Never seen it that open in Shanghai. Definitely an eye opener.

I definitely will give Xinjiang rose a try next time I am in Hongqiao area. Thanks for the recommendation!

After reading your FR on this place, I chiong down from Nanjing rd to Lian Hua rd. This is an industrial area and is some 30mins away from the city centre. Total taxi fare is 50yuan. It is situated along a row of shophouses and does not look very new from outside. As a visual guide, this place is next to a shop selling chinese medicinal herbs. Upon entering, I was led by a middle age lady (the supervisor i think) to one of the rooms located on the 3rd floor. There's a total of 8 rooms (estimate) and I saw some of the gals sleeping on the beds. I was given a room with a single bed. Room is clean and there's a LCD tv on the wall. Shortly, my gal arrived and she was still in her pyjamas! Told me to remove my clothes and started with oil massage. The massage was lousy and she started stroking my balls after 5 mins. I think most Shanghai brothers who're working and residing here will know a few "black taxi" contacts. For those who travels a lot on the taxi but would like to save on cost (if you can't claim from your company) then it's good to know a few reliable "black taxi" contacts. Generally they drive a private/personal sedan (usually Santana), charges about 30% - 40% lesser than the normal meter charges but they don't issue receipts or invoices.

To each his own... Some people prefer Chen Fu Ji's crab meat fried rice (about S$20) while others prefer the usual seafood fried rice (about S$4) at a zi char stall. Both are equally tasty to individual's taste. I usually eat my fried rice at a zi char stall but I'll go for Chen Fu Ji's ocassionally.

I think some of our Shanghai brothers will share brother Luvgangsta's taste while some might share brother Mcfly's taste. The best way to find out is to sample it yourself!

Thanks bro LUV, It seem like all the famous BBS joints is very far from town. It is not worth it if we don't have car because Taxi+130-150 will be around the same price already..

I am so sorry, been there 3 times and still forgot the name, i can tell you the direction though. If I remember correctly you go down Pudong Nan (South) Road past NanPu DaQiao. and take a left turn into the PuSan Road (浦三路). it will be the first entertainment place on the right side of the road (near a bridge). Like what everyone says, 一分钱一分货. For the price of 100yuan, this is considered very good already.

You cannot compare to a 4-5 star environment or in Japan Korea or even the US where you pay around 10 times more.

That's the difference bro. Everyone has different tastes. Some like the 1.5-3k per night experience, some like the 300-400 per night experience, even though when I look at it, the girls are not that much different, since they probably worked in a BBS in their hometown before they became a KTV hostess in shanghai. Compared to similarly priced BBS, this place is considered very nice already. I feel secure in there too. I wouldn't say the outside is old. It is newly renovated. Bad taste maybe, old I disagree.
