wah lau eh! dun say until like that lah.....I was indeed busy with both work (projects) and of course my newly accquired Hang Seng Index.....set aside my SHA Index A Shares that's at home now....who's ill (u know wat!)....Hang Seng Index will be on 18 April to spend Easter Holiday with me...heheheee....
I was merely giving what info to all bros here with regards to the SARS issue in SHA.......nothing big deal!
So u will be going over to Hangzhou this weekend again eh bro...what for hah may I ask?

Not that it is totally there isn't anyone wearing mask lah....like what u mentioned here, it is seen at the airport that alot of passengers are wearing one. But there again, exercise each his own discretions on whether to wear his/her mask or not lah....

Whatever u have been thru bro on the flight, it's over anyway. Look at it on the bright side, at least u won't have another of the local with bad breath snoring next to u like the last trip u encountered right bro? cheers....man!

Last night, I spoke to a friend who is in Kun Sun which is about one and half hour by car from SH.

He told me the KTV and most restaurant business dropped by more than 40% because of the fear for SARS. He is in restuarant business.

According, to him the KTVs business is very bad too. He claimed he never seen that bad for years........

I think its because of the Taiwanese......Kun San got lots of Taiwanese.

Couldn't agree more with u! The Taiwanese are literally the ones who's snapping masks at the Pharmacy......guessed it have to do with the culture they will brought up with eh......seems like they are more 'kiasu' than us S'porean.....

It seems the 23 disk is not completed yet. Love to watch both and the sound system works great. Shit Cheap.

The DVD version is 15 disc x 3 episode = 45 epi
Your VCD should be 23 x 2
I am getting the 5in1 Sound sys
When is Vincent arrive? How long will he stay?
I may go WuXi in the afternoon and back on Friday.

Hotel no leads. Used to stay at friends place.
Try Sheraton Wuxi. It is next to the place and along the rows of PUBs too.
Chicks r available for pickup in those joints. Last time I was there, nearly picked one but people's wife around not so nice lah!

Been to Quan Hui before, seems more like a high class bathing house to me, in the New World building right?... or did I miss anything.. I had the bath etc... but didn't notice anything.. or was I not let into the full picture...

I mean the common area was a nice place to chat up someone..
heard that Tai Hu hotel and Garden are quite happening... but a bit far out... was advised the further out, the more happening, but guess might not be worth the trip down..

I know there was a KTV.. or I thought was a KTV but visiting New World usually in the early afternoon... so didn't really check out the place.. like to go-cart at the basement

spent all my dough at Garden Hotel and Tai Hu... stayed there, so it was more convenient for me..

went to Sheraton before, but didn't really like it.. the one diagonally across Homemart isn't it?

As with regards to your questions on better places to 'cheong' in SHA, it is literally subjective to each individual on what kind of places one wnats to 'cheong' at.......

As per mentioned by you on both outlets of Paulaner at Fenyang Road & XinTianDi as well as Park 97 (California Club) at FuXing Park, these places are disco / pub outlets so being that kinda of joints, I will suggest that u can try out places such 'GuanDi' whcih is also at FuXing Park and Soho at XinTianDi...whcih are upsoming joints that I was told that are 'swarming' with the usual 'pick-ups' gals.....if there's what u have in mind.

Alternatively, u can also browse thru the entire Shanghai Recommendations thread here whcih contained other places which other bros here contributed as well.

Perhaps u can post afew FRs on the aftermath of patronising these places. Cheers........
