Welcome back sis to SBF after MIA-ing for so many yrs ...hope u hv settled all yr problems n r back to enjoy with us here in this forum ...I hv upped yr points again from 191 to 220 for the 2nd time with my +29 points as a welcome gift

As for yr question about the rep points, u can exchange with anyone who has at least POWER of 1... yes, how many points a guy or gal here gets depends on the POWER of the giver...for those who r zapped, just find out how many points u hv been zapped, then multiply by 2 to find out the POWER of the zapper
