I agree with u on the bloody Japs spoiling mkt. Those idiots don't pay market rate, causing inflation. Very obvious at some places. The moment the puyings see a Jap walk into AGG, everyone starts smiling from ear to ear. Next time I am going to make an underwear using tens of "pan" and walk into the bar. See if got same effect on the puyings.
