Yep, looks like that is the buzz word now. But the first batch of MLs really did turn service standards around here for us, and created a new benchmark. Unfortunately now that term will exploited.

Also recently, I noticed many new FRs are written without saying very much. Only sweeping adjectives and superlatives used - awesome, top class, divine, etc... but not very much real description of the session. Lol.

All petite one... chengdu also got Chio bu n fair one...
