i only saw a lot of loti chia outside U Pub. Then a very big "tourist bus" outside the pub nearest to the tidbits shop. Was opposite at rochor soya bean hence not sure which pub kenna operation.

我国警方12小时扫荡打击犯罪 逮捕175男女

警方展开12小时扫荡大行动，逮捕175人。

　　本地警方今年首3个月内，展开3次大型行动，努力打击犯罪活动。

　　这个长达12小时的行动，在芽笼、乌节路和夜店圣詹姆士发电厂进行，从昨天傍晚开始一直持续到今天凌晨 。总共400名来自新加坡警察部队、中央肃毒局、新加坡民防部队、移民与关卡局、人力部及新加坡关税局的人 员，在刑事侦查局带领下参与了这次的行动。

　　175人因涉及私会党活动、嫖赌活动与服用禁药的罪名下被逮捕，也有部分人因为触犯移民法律、非法雇用 工人、售卖私烟而落网，其中包括84男及91女。

　　这些逮捕的行动在不同的地点进行，包括芽茏与乌节路一带的娱乐场所、酒店、后巷与住家。此外，警方也查 出触犯防火安全与娱乐场所执照条规的案例。

　　警方仍在调查被捕的所有人。

　　前两次扫荡

　　●1月22日：警方芽笼大扫黑，在14小时内逮捕170人，其中包括103名男子和67名 女郎。

　　●2月6日：警方展开7小时扫荡大行动，逮捕158名人，其中包括多名艳女。

　　刑事侦查局长黄文艺：

　　打击罪案 努力执法

　　针对这次大扫荡，刑事侦查局长黄文艺表示，他感激各个部门所给予的协助，并且赞扬所有参与 的公务人员。

　　“我们的行动是为了减少犯罪，让社会变得更安定。就像我之前所提到的，我们将并不会姑息任何犯罪活动， 通过各个部门的合作，警方会严厉打击罪犯，被逮捕的人将会受到法律制裁。”
