Was at Caesar World late about 1030 pm (previous time was there about 8-9 pm). Chilled and ask mamasan for massage, told to wait till 11+ as all the girls were not available. Went back to sauna till about 12 and still no one available. Cost 700 NTD just to chill there for couple of hours. First time went late and was disappointing.
