Wanted to be like the bro above and post an FR for Hail but kena played out.

Seems like she's popular enough to have a queue up to 3 months though so maybe she doesn't need my business anyway

Well I don't think she did it on purpose as well, but I do think it's worthwhile sharing my experience.

I was the first customer and thus was the scapegoat for the rest of the customers who got cancelled that day, at least they didn't need to waste their time heading down to the location.

To and fro crossing border + getting to her location is easily 3-4 hours of time wasted, all I can do is suck thumb and take the loss that day lo.
