Used to like Power Yoga in the past before I over stretched my IT bands and can't run nor do too much exercises. Now that I've recovered I just stick to Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga on top of BodyCombats, BodyJam and BodyBalance.

Maybe we can do combat together sometime... I have been doing it for the past 15yrs and still loving it! My last Bodyjam was almost a year back, too self conscious of my two left feet. Surprise you did not mention Zumba

i got all my clients down to 10% BF(guys) using jus this and some basic common sense dieting. there is no need to carbo fast on training days. eat as much as you want.

i also see people talking about sit ups. as a physio, pls dont do a single sit up ever again. it squeezes ur spinal discs outside of ur vertebrae and then u will have to arrange a session to see me to push it back in. haha!

I like how your "Hey Guys, yes, I'm looking for you!" post has evolved. Very innocuous. Suggestive without being obvious. Titillating without being lewd. Seems like most of the posts have been respectful, but still a bit naughty. Thread seems more like a fitness corner now. you gotta change that and let it be more smutty again;-) One of my favorite running route is from Orchard to HV area. Never ran through botanical gardens... but now I'm tempted to try that route. Hopefully I can "run" into you one day. That'd be kinda cool. Next time I'm running there I'll look at female runners and think... that could be "Gizbabe". Since you are 1.72m and Chinese, I think that effectively eliminates 90% of women... and 95% of the men ;-) Keep fit, stay fun!

I hate cardio...in fact I hate anything that's monotonous. I usually mix my boring routine with punching and kicking to create more entertainment value. It also helps to imagine the faces of the people I hate onto the punching bag hahaha...

I've tried the leg raise as well, not much result. I don't really have a tummy lah but I would love to have those well defined abs lor...no matter how many girls say they like to have love handles
